General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Products purchased on Giordano Cosenza are sold directly by BROS Srl, an Italian company, with registered office at Via Bruno Bertucci n. 8 87100 Cosenza.
The offer and sale of products on the Giordano Cosenza website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated periodically; those published on Giordano Cosenza and accepted at the time of checkout are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
Purchase methods
For each product chosen, a descriptive card is displayed, with an image and essential features, for example: color, size, unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Giordano Cosenza may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Giordano Cosenza is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or its malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and their relative price are those indicated on Giordano Cosenza.
If, at the time of order, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Giordano Cosenza may change the products offered for sale on Giordano Cosenza and their relative price at any time and without prior notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
The shipping cost is indicated before payment.
Order
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general terms and conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal account ("register for free") by the Customer. Please read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully.
Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
The purchase of products offered for sale on Giordano Cosenza can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Giordano Cosenza is prohibited.
Giordano Cosenza reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders.
Giordano Cosenza will inform the customer by e-mail of any inability to accept received orders.
Order confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.
Payment methods
Giordano Cosenza accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
Credit cards (including prepaid, Postepay)
Corvino accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.
Bank transfer
The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to Giordano Cosenza – via e-mail – no later than 3 working days from the date of order acceptance.
We will send the ordered items upon crediting of the due amount, which must occur within 7 working days from the date of order acceptance.
The exact bank details for making the transfer will be provided by e-mail upon completion of the online order.
Send the bank transfer receipt via e-mail to Giordano Cosenza, specifying in the subject line: “Bank transfer receipt - order”.
Any other payment formulas may be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Giordano Cosenza. For more information and/or clarifications, you can send an email to Corvino. Ordered products remain the property of Corvino until full payment of their price.
If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties, and to their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.
Shipping methods
Information on shipping methods is indicated at the time of purchase, are borne by the customer and are charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs
All purchases are delivered by GLS courier. No shipments are made to PO boxes.
Shipping costs €10.99 for orders up to €150. For orders over €150.01, shipping costs €8, except for promotions, where applicable, indicated on the site, which provide for free delivery.
Delivery areas
Products are delivered to the address requested by the Customer (no shipments are made to PO boxes).
