Returns
Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of product delivery, without having to provide any reason.

Other useful information for the validity of the return -
Giordano Cosenza aims to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.
The return is automatic, but if our assistant does not receive photos of the product's pre-return condition in the attachments, they may contact you to request info for the photos. The shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer within 14 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
RETURN CONDITIONS (14 days)
To send one or more returns to Giordano Cosenza, the Customer must comply with precise conditions:
A) - All items sold on the Giordano Cosenza website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag affixed to the garment via a single-use security seal with the Giordano Cosenza logo. The garment should be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the security seal. Returns will only be accepted with the security seal (perfectly intact, which may be a plastic seal with a string or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole) AND SALES TAGS indicating the brand model and price. Returns with a security seal that is cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way. THEY MUST ONLY BE WORN FOR TRY-ON IF NECESSARY!
C) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be adequately packaged and packed. The COST OF RETURN FOR DISSATISFACTION OR OTHER REASONS will be borne by the customer.
D) - All other labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the item.
E) - The goods to be returned must be physically delivered to the courier of your choice within and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
F) - Customers who wish to make a size, color, or item exchange, must initiate the return procedure and contact our online shop only via WhatsApp (WhatsApp +39 3519661322).
G) - Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted.
In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, Giordano Cosenza reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE

Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in the same manner and type thereof.
All returned items will be inspected by Giordano Cosenza staff, who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Giordano Cosenza reserves the right to evaluate any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of the returned items. These amounts will be determined at the end of the evaluation of the return conditions and communicated to the Customer.
RETURN REFUND:
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit to a credit card (if the order was paid with a credit card), PayPal credit (if the order was paid with PayPal), or bank transfer, and other payment methods used.
Return Rules
Products purchased can be returned within 14 days from the order receipt date, provided that the items are in the same condition as they were received: unused, with intact tags, and in their original packaging.
Refund methods
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued exclusively for the value of the returned product, net of shipping costs incurred for sending the order to the customer.
📦 The initial shipping costs (outbound) are not refundable.
✉️ Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase or specific promotions.
The order refund in case of return will only be issued for the cost of the product, net of the outbound shipping cost. (example order #1180. PRODUCT: t-shirt xxxx price 150.00 + shipping 10.99 euros - in case of return, the customer will only receive a refund of 150.00 euros. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will the outbound shipping costs be refunded).
