Prices.

Shipping methods

All purchases with specialization in Italy and Islands are delivered by courier TNT. For all other destinations it is used Fedex courier. BROS Ltd. does not deliver to PO boxes (P.O. Boxes).

Orders are shipped directly from BROS Ltd. (Cosenza - Italy) from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30. Orders placed Friday night, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Once the items have been shipped it is no longer possible to change the destination address.

EUROPE 2:

USA AND CANADA: 

Up to 6 working days - The price of the shipment is variable based on the forwarder rates and will always be indicated in the order.

 

RUSSIAN FEDERATION (Russia):

REST OF THE WORLD:

Italy
The first return of the product involves the payment of postage of 8,00€.. After completing the proforma invoice of rendered if booked a withdrawal by contacting TNT.

 

Foreign Country
Shipping costs are charged to the consumer and are indicated in Shipping paragraph.

 

The package must be delivered to the carrier closed. If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the user.

giordanocosenza.com send an e-mail confirming the receipt of the return and the refund procedure activation. The refund of the price of the returned products is done within 15 days from the date in which BROS  Ltd has received the returned product in the indicated conditions.

The products to be returned must not have been worn, damaged, must not have been washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind. They must submit again all the original cards and the seal intact. Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging and original accessories (dustbags, hangers, clothes cover etc.) received along with the order.

The shoes should be tried on a carpet and are being given in the original box, which is part of the product. The shoes made no box or in a box damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

The underwear and swimsuits must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protection sticker. If the adhesive should be removed or crumpled garments, the return will not be accepted and will be returned to Customer.

They will not accept returns that do not meet all the requirements.

1. Change measure or Replacement

2. Store Credit

 

Once the return is received and processed, it will be sent to the customer a voucher equivalent to the total amount paid to be used for future purchases containing an alphanumeric code.

 

The Store Credit:

• it can be used only once within 3 months from the time of the return

• can not be combined with other Store Credit

• it must be used entirely in order of value equal to or greater.

 

3. Reimbursement

 

Once the item will be received by BROS Ltd., we will proceed automatically to the reimbursement of the price of the product / s made, if not deteriorated, and the shipping costs for the initial delivery to you (the price), expressly excluded expenses of items to be returned, and the bank charges back the amounts that remain to the User. Any amount of differences due to exchange-rate fluctuations can not be refunded. customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders placed outside the EU. In this case,

The User is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

If the products do not comply with the conditions for the acceptance of the return, the User shall not be entitled to any refund.

You can change the products ordered directly from our store.

To make a change, you must provide the electronic invoice and the printable form from the site.
